What Is the Shipping Cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $8.95 per order for deliveries within the United States and to international destinations.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the following locations:

• South Sudan
• Palestine

Shipping and Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders containing in-stock merchandise are normally prepared and shipped within 48 hours.

Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message if you provided a mobile phone number during checkout.

The notification will include your tracking number and a link that you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.

You may also track your package through 17TRACK.

Please allow approximately 1–3 working days after shipment for tracking information to become available or update in the carrier’s system.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for making sure that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Because we process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, there may only be a short period of time during which an incorrect shipping address can be changed.
